Sheba roof replacement Barberton mine

The project involved replacement of the Main plant roof, Southside. This project was awarded JM Construction.
Objectives were clearly communicated and recorded prior to the start of the project. Pre-project meetings were held between the Service Provider and Plant personnel to ensure proper understanding of the Scope of Work. the outcome of project matched and exceeded the scope of work.
